Frequently asked questions
Will Rawaj slow down my store?
No. Only a tiny file (about 1 KB) is added to your store. Each tool loads only if it's enabled on the page being viewed, and it's isolated from your store's design.
Are the numbers really real?
Yes, that's our core principle. Visitors are counted live, sales come from your confirmed Salla orders, and there's no option to enter fake numbers.
Who applies the quantity discounts and coupons?
Salla itself. We create a real special offer or coupon in your store, so the discount shows in the cart, at checkout and in Salla's reports.
Does it work with my store theme?
Rawaj works with Salla's modern themes (Twilight) and picks up your store's colors and font automatically, in Arabic right-to-left and in dark mode.
What about my customers' data?
We keep the bare minimum: first name and city for sales notifications (deleted after 30 days), and the phone numbers customers share in the spin wheel with their consent. We never sell any data.
